FROM THE WEST IS CREATING A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT ACROSS THE
AREA...RESULTING IN GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS. THE WINDS WILL SUBSIDE
LATER TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING AS THE HIGH MOVES OVER THE
AREA. THE WAVES WILL BE SLOWER TO SUBSIDE.
