  KNOTS...DIMINISHING TO AROUND 10 KNOTS AND BECOMING N
  OVERNIGHT.

* SEAS...4 TO 6 FEET, SUBSIDING TO 3 TO 4 FT LATE TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING A SMALL VESSEL,
SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT.
