* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KT, MAINLY TONIGHT.

* SEAS...3 TO 5 FEET. HIGHEST SEAS EXPECTED TONIGHT.

* TIMING...AN INCREASING NORTHEAST FLOW WILL LEAD TO SOME WIND
  GUSTS BETWEEN 20 TO 25 KNOTS AND STEADILY BUILDING SEAS LATER
  TODAY AND TONIGHT... REACHING UP TO THE 5 FOOT RANGE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 5 FEET OR GREATER ARE ANTICIPATED. WINDS AND SEAS
WITHIN THESE RANGES ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS
FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
