  KNOTS. GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS OVER FROM CASCADE HEAD TO FLORENCE
  THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THE EVENING. WIND WILL EASE LATE TUESDAY
  EVENING AND OVERNIGHT...BUT INCREASE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
