* TIMING...SOUTHERLY WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS THROUGH THIS
  AFTERNOON. WINDS RISING TO 25 TO 35 KNOTS TONIGHT.

* SEAS...WIND WAVES 3 TO 5 FEET. WESTERLY SWELL 5 TO 7 FEET.
  COMBINED SEAS BUILDING TO 8 TO 11 FEET TONIGHT WITH A DOMINANT
  PERIOD OF 8 SECONDS.
