NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS TO 25 KT OVER THE OUTER
COASTAL WATERS THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT...RESULTING IN
CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE EARLY
FRIDAY MORNING...BUT THEN INCREASE AGAIN FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO 15
TO 20 KT.
