URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...Strong north to northeast winds over the offshore waters...

.In the wake of a cold front, breezy north to northeast winds will
develop. Winds of around 20 knots with higher gusts can be
expected over the offshore waters beginning late tonight and
continuing into the day on Wednesday. Winds should improve toward
early tomorrow afternoon.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 1 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Tampa Bay Ruskin has issued a
Small Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 1 AM to 1 PM EST
Wednesday.

* WINDS...Around 20 knots with higher gusts.

* WAVES/SEAS...Up to 5 feet offshore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
