THE EASTERN HALF OF SOUTH TEXAS. THE GREATEST CONCENTRATION OF
SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WILL BE ACROSS THE NORTHERN
COASTAL BEND AND VICTORIA CROSSROADS REGION. MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER ACTIVITY...WITH A QUICK 1/2
TO 1 INCH OF RAIN POSSIBLE...THOUGH MOST LOCATIONS WILL RECEIVE
ONLY 1/10 OF AN INCH OR LESS. IN ADDITION TO THE
PRECIPITATION...AREAS OF FOG WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT MUCH OF THE
AREA WITH VISIBILITIES BEING REDUCED TO LESS THAN 3 MILES AT TIMES.
