DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. GENERAL ACCUMULATIONS OVER DEVILS LAKE
BASIN AREAS STRETCHING FROM LANGDON THROUGH MINNEWAUKAN AND THEN
SOUTH TO VALLEY CITY...LISBON AND GWINNER WILL BE ON THE ORDER OF
AN INCH OR POSSIBLY TWO ON THE HIGH SIDE. THE BAND SHOULD CLEAR
MOST OF THIS AREA BY 400 PM.
