CONTINUE TO AFFECT MUCH OF WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...INTO THE 11
AM HOUR. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL REMAIN WEST OF A LINE...FROM
WAITE PARK TO BUFFALO LAKE...TO TRUMAN. ALL OF THE ACTIVITY IS
TREKKING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE
BETWEEN ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH TO NEAR ONE HALF INCH AT MOST
LOCATIONS. ISOLATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS PRIOR TO NOON WILL APPROACH
TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES...ASSOCIATED WITH THE STRONGEST
THUNDERSTORMS. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO CURB THEIR SPEED...WITH
PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY OVER EASTERN
YELLOW MEDICINE...EASTERN SWIFT...NORTHWESTERN KANDIHOYI AND
WESTERN STEARNS COUNTIES.

...SCATTERED LIGHTNING AND PEA SIZE HAIL MAY OCCUR WITH A FEW
OF THESE STORMS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS MAY APPROACH ONE HALF INCH
WITH SOME OF THESE STORMS AS WELL.
