CREEK IN SPOKANE COUNTY AND VETERANS MEMORIAL BRIDGE ON I-90 IN
KOOTENAI COUNTY IDAHO. PATCHY FOG WILL ALSO AFFECT THE WEST
PLAINS...WEST OF SPOKANE. FOG WILL DISPERSE AFTER SUNRISE.
