.A STRONG COLD FRONT HAS PUSHED WELL TO THE EAST OF THE REGION
THIS MORNING. WESTERLY WIND IN ITS WAKE WILL GUST BETWEEN 40 AND
50 MPH ACROSS THE ALLEGHENY MOUNTAINS OF WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA
THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE LATER
THIS CHRISTMAS DAY.

* IMPACTS...DOWNED TREE LIMBS AND THE POTENTIAL FOR ISOLATED
  POWER OUTAGES. DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY FOR
  THOSE IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 31 TO 39 MPH OR
GUSTS OF 46 TO 57 MPH ARE EXPECTED.

MOTORISTS IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD USE CAUTION AND
CONSIDER AVOIDING AREAS EXPOSED TO STRONG CROSS-WINDS. SECURE
LOOSE OUTDOOR OBJECTS THAT MAY BE BLOWN AWAY IF NOT STORED OR
TIED DOWN.
