CALIFORNIA TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT.
PEAK WINDS WILL OCCUR OVER THE COASTAL MOUNTAINS WITH ISOLATED
GUSTS POTENTIALLY REACHING AS HIGH AS 70 MPH. WINDS WILL TAPER
QUICKLY LATE SATURDAY MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON AS THE COLD FRONT
PASSES.

* TIMING...THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON WITH PEAK WINDS IN THE
  MORNING HOURS OF SATURDAY.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED 30 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 60 MPH.
  ISOLATED MOUNTAINS MAY GUST AS HIGH AS 70 MPH.

* IMPACTS...THESE WINDS WILL CAUSE BRANCHES TO FALL FROM TREES...
  LIKELY TOPPLING SOME TREES...AND CREATE SOME POWER OUTAGES.
  WINDS WILL ALSO CAUSE DIFFICULTY DRIVING...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
