GENERATE STRONG NORTH WINDS LATE TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY. THE NORTH
WINDS WILL BRING A MUCH COLDER CANADIAN AIR MASS INTO THE REGION.

  50 TO 55 MPH ARE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY. THE HIGHEST
  GUSTS ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE SHORE OF THE BAY FROM WASHINGTON
  ISLAND TO FISH CREEK.

* THE WINDS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS FOR MOTORISTS
  WITH HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...AND COULD ALSO RESULT IN POWER
  OUTAGES IF TREES OR BRANCHES ARE BLOWN DOWN ONTO POWER LINES. IN
