MORNING. VISIBILITY IS LESS THAN 1/2 MILE AT TIMES. MOTORISTS
SHOULD USE CAUTION WHEN ENCOUNTERING FOG AS VISIBILITY WILL DROP
QUICKLY. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE RAPIDLY JUST AFTER SUNRISE.

FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CST THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...1/4 TO 1/2 OF A MILE.

* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AS CHILDREN WILL BE ON
  THEIR WAY TO SCHOOL THIS MORNING AND CARS CAN SUDDENLY APPEAR
  OUT OF THE FOG.
