THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHOENIX HAS CANCELLED THE
EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING.

INCREASING CLOUDS AND HUMIDITY...A RESULT OF A DECAYING CONVECTIVE
COMPLEX THAT FORMED OVER NORTHWEST MEXICO LAST NIGHT...WERE
RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEWHAT COOLER TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE DESERTS OF
SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA TODAY. AS SUCH...HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE NOT
EXPECTED TO REACH EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING THRESHOLDS...ALTHOUGH THERE
ARE SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY REACH TO AROUND 110 DEGREES TODAY. THE
EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR THE DESERTS OF
SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA...AND THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY. IF YOU
ARE OUT AND ABOUT TODAY...DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND REMEMBER TO STAY
HYDRATED.
