  SETTLE AROUND MIDNIGHT. 1 TO 2 MILES OF VISIBILITY WITH PERIODS
  DOWN TO HALF A MILE. THE WORST CONDITIONS WILL BE FROM 1 PM TO 9
  PM.

* IMPACTS: REDUCED VISIBILITY WILL CREATE DIFFICULT DRIVING
  CONDITIONS AND LIMIT REACTION TIME AROUND PEDESTRIANS. POORLY
  SECURED OUTDOOR ITEMS MAY BE DAMAGED. THERE WILL ALSO BE
