CONDITIONS GIVEN REPRESENT THE HIGHEST WITHIN THAT PERIOD.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL PERSIST
S OF THE WATERS TONIGHT THROUGH SAT NIGHT. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL
MOVE OFFSHORE TONIGHT THEN STALL AND DISSIPATE OVER THE SRN
WATERS FRI. A WEAK HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD SE OVER THE WATERS
FRI AND WEAKEN FRI NIGHT. A STRONGER COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SE AND
APPROACH THE COAST LATE SAT AND SAT NIGHT...THEN MOVE SLOWLY SE
ACROSS THE WATERS SUN AND SUN NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL THEN BECOME
STATIONARY S OF THE AREA MON AND MON NIGHT. AN AREA OF LOW PRES
WILL FORM ON THE FRONT BY TUE AND PASS S AND SE OF THE WATERS TUE
AND TUE NIGHT. STRONG HIGH PRES WILL BUILD OVER THE WATERS BEHIND
THE FRONT SUN THROUGH MON NIGHT...THEN MOVE E OF THE WATERS WHILE
MAINTAINING A RIDGE W ACROSS THE WATERS TUE AND TUE NIGHT.
