New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will pass E
across the waters early today. A high pres ridge will build in
from the W later today and tonight, move offshore Mon, then shift
SE of the waters Mon night into Tue. Another cold front will
approach from the NW Tue night into Wed, then pass SE across the
waters late Wed into Thu. A weak low pres trough will move E over
the waters Thu and Thu night.

2 to 4 ft.
.TONIGHT...W winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming W to NW 5 to 10 kt. Seas
