West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure ridge across the
waters will move E tonight and shift SE of the area Mon. Weak low
pressure will move E along a stationary front across the N and
central waters Mon. A cold front will approach from the NW Tue,
pass SE across the waters Tue night and Wed, then stall over the
southern waters late Wed and Wed night. Low pressure will pass E
across the S waters Wed night and Thu while pulling a cold front
S of the area. Another ridge will build SE across the waters
later Thu and Thu night, then move E over the area Fri and Fri
night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
