West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pres ridge will persist
just S of the area through the period. A series of weak low pres
centers will track E along a stationary front near the far N
waters today through Mon night. A stronger low will pass NE of
the area late Mon night into Tue night while pulling the front S
across the N and central waters as a cold front. The front will
then become nearly stationary across the central waters Wed into
Wed night while a high pres center passes N then NE of the area.
