HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

THE NRN WATERS WILL STALL TODAY. LOW PRES WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE
