.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will build over and just W of the waters tonight, persist
Friday, then slowly weaken Friday night into Saturday night as a
weak cold front approaches and then passes through the waters.
High pressure will rebuild near or just west of 130W Saturday
night into Monday, then weaken Monday night through Tuesday night
as another weak cold front approaches from the west Tuesday
night.
