.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure well N
of the waters will dissipate this morning. A strong cold front
will approach from the W today, then pass E across the waters
tonight into Sun as developing low pressure races NE along the
front. A low pressure trough will move across the N waters Sun
into Sun night. High pressure will track S of the waters Mon and
Mon night. Intensifying low pressure approaching from the SW will
move N and pass just W of the outer waters on Tue, then continue
lifting N of the area Tue night. Another low will approach the
area on Wed and track across the N waters Wed night.
