Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge across the waters will weaken tonight. A warm front will
pass E across the far northern waters tonight and Mon. The high
pressure ridge will then strengthen again across the waters Mon
night and Tue, before weakening Tue night through Wed night. A
low pressure trough will expand N along the Oregon and Washington
coasts Tue night and Wed, then drift W and offshore Wed night
into Fri. A weak cold front will approach the waters Thu, then
dissipate across the area Thu night. High pressure will build
across the region Fri and Fri night.

.TONIGHT...SW winds 15 to 25 kt, except SE portion W to NW 5 to
15 kt. Seas 4 to 8 ft building to 5 to 9 ft. Chance of rain.
.MON...W to SW winds 10 to 20 kt becoming W to NW. Seas 5 to 9
ft. Chance of rain.
.MON NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft.
.TUE...N to NW winds less than 10 kt. Seas 5 to 6 ft.
.TUE NIGHT and WED...N winds 10 to 20 kt, except NW portion
