Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong cold front
will continue to move SE across the waters tonight. The front
will begin to lift N as a warm front Mon and Mon night before
moving N of the Washington waters Tue. Another cold front will
slowly move towards the area and into the far NW portion late Tue
night. The frontal boundary will slowly move E over the region
Wed and Wed night while a couple low centers pass just NW of the
Washington waters. A series of low pressure troughs will cross
the area Thu and Thu night. Yet another cold front will approach
the waters Fri, then slowly move into the far W portion Fri
night.
