HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A COLD FRONT WILL
APPROACH FROM THE SW EARLY TODAY...THEN WEAKEN AND MOVE ACROSS
THE WATERS LATER TODAY INTO TONIGHT. ANOTHER FRONT WILL APPROACH
BY WED AND WEAKEN AS IT MOVES INTO THE REGION WED INTO WED NIGHT.
YET ANOTHER STRONGER COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE WATERS THU AND
WEAKEN AS IT MOVES ACROSS THE WATERS THU NIGHT INTO EARLY FRI.
LOW PRES WILL APPROACH THE NW WATERS LATE FRI AND MOVE TOWARDS
VANCOUVER ISLAND FRI NIGHT. AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE WATERS FRI AND FRI NIGHT. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL
BRIEFLY BUILD NE OVER THE WATERS FRI NIGHT. A WARM FRONT WILL
MOVE ACROSS THE REGION SAT INTO SAT NIGHT.
