.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A strong low pres trough near
the N California coast tonight, will weaken Tue, then persist
through Sat night. A high pres ridge NW of the waters will remain
nearly stationary tonight. The ridge will move slowly SE while
weakening Tue and Tue night, then persist just NW of the waters
Wed through Thu night. This ridge will drift SE over the NW
portion Fri and Fri night. A cold front approaching from the NW
on Sat will move into the N waters on Sat night.
