.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
remain over the central and S waters through Thu night, then
weaken and slowly shift further NW Fri and Fri night. Low pres
will pass NW of the N waters Sat pulling a cold front E across
the N waters Sun before becoming stationary and dissipating Sun
night. Another front will move across the N waters later Sun and
into the central waters Sun night.
