New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A developing cold front will
approach from the NW this morning, move SE across the waters this
afternoon into early tonight, then pass S of the area later
tonight into Sun night while weakening. Weak high pressure will
develop over the area later Sun into Mon before shifting E of the
waters late Mon. A warm front will lift NE into the area Mon
night, and pass N of the waters Tue as low pressure tracks NE
over New England. A cold front associated with the strengthening
low will cross the waters Tue night as the low moves from Maine
NE into New Brunswick. A low pressure trough or secondary cold
front will cross the waters Wed into Wed night.
