NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1206 PM EST FRI FEB 5 2016

...Minor flooding was occurring on portions of the Congaree and
   Edisto Rivers...

...Other area rivers had moderate to high levels but were below
   flood stage...

High pressure will build across the area and provide a dry but
colder weather pattern into Sunday. Low pressure will develop and
move northeast off the coast through Sunday night...with little or
no precipitation reaching inland across the area.

Area rivers will receive some additional elevated flows from
upstream to keep stages near or slightly above their current levels
through Saturday. By Sunday...all rivers should be falling.
