24 hour rainfall totals were one half to one inch in widely scattered
locations across the northern portions of the river district. Isolated
locations picked up one to three inches.

Basin average rainfall amounts will average on half to one inch across
the western half of the river district through Thursday morning. Rainfall amounts across the eastern half will be be around one quarter of an inch.
