  forecast.


South Fork Sabine River Near Quinlan.

* At 0645 PM Wednesday the stage was 13.15 feet.
* Flood stage is 15 feet.
* Forecast...River is below flood stage and continues to slowly
  recede. Water levels will continue to fall for the next few days.
  This will be the last forecast due to levels being below action
  stage.
