Rainfall ranged from zero to one inch, except for isolated areas
across the Monongahela River in Pennsylvania that received one to
two inches of rain and eastern Garrett County which received up
to three inches of rain.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 1.5 to 3.0 inches,
with up to 4 inches of rain in Garrett County.

River trends...
Rivers will rise a couple of feet with expected rainfall, although
action state is only forecast to occur along the Youghiogheny River.
