NEAR THE TROUGH WITHIN 60 MILES OF A LINE FROM 19N137E TO 20N143E.

CONVERGENT SURFACE WINDS ARE CAUSING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS FROM THE NORTHERN CNMI TO MINAMI TORI SHIMA WITHIN
90 MILES OF A LINE FROM 19N146E TO 24N157E.

AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW CENTERED NORTHWEST OF KOROR AT 9N131E IS
TRIGGERING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
REPUBLIC OF PALAU BUT SOUTH OF YAP ISLAND BETWEEN THE EQUATOR AND
