INCLUDES THE REPUBLIC OF PALAU AND YAP STATE.

AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH REACHES SOUTHWESTWARD FROM 23N139E TO 20N130E.
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRESENT OVER THE FAR NORTHERN CNMI AND
IWO TO ISLAND...OR NORTH OF A LINE FROM 19N135E TO 19N145E.

A SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDS NORTHEASTWARD FROM 12N151E TO BEYOND 25N AT
153E. CLOUDINESS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING EAST OF
THE MARIANAS AND OVER MINAMI TORI SHIMA WITHIN 300 MILES OF A LINE
