SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO IN MOST PLACES TONIGHT. THIS WILL ALLOW
ANY MELTED SNOW TO REFREEZE ON ROAD SURFACES...RESULTING IN
HAZARDOUS ROAD CONDITIONS.
