AT 1036 AM CDT... SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO
MOVE ACROSS A PORTION OF THE AREA. ALTHOUGH THE ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED
TO SHIFT EAST OF THE AREA BY NOON... ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF UP TO AN
INCH IS POSSIBLE. WITH SOME LOCATIONS ALREADY HAVING RECEIVED 1 TO 2
INCHES OF RAINFALL... ADDITIONAL RAIN AND SHORT-LIVED HIGH RAINFALL
RATES COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING OF URBANIZED AND POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
