HERE IS A SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE...

PATCHY FREEZING FOG POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING OVER BRIDGES AND
OVERPASSES NEARBY RIVER BASINS...

BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND LIMITED MOISTURE ALONG RIVER
BASINS HAVE PRODUCED FREEZING FOG OVER PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA OVERNIGHT. EXPECT THIS FREEZING FOG TO
LAST THROUGH AT LEAST 900 AM...WITH ICY CONDITIONS DEVELOPING ON
UNTREATED ROADS OVER BRIDGES AND UNDERPASSES.

MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE BY MID MORNING AS TEMPERATURES CLIMB
ABOVE FREEZING.
