AT 454 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A TWO STRONG AREAS OF
THUNDERSTORMS. ONE OVER FLORIN AND ELK GROVE AND ANOTHER NEAR
SHELDON.

HALF INCH HAIL AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THESE STORMS ALONG WITH TORRENTIAL RAINFALL. SOME STREET FLOODING
WILL BE POSSIBLE.
