.SYNOPSIS...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE EAST INTO THE SOUTHERN
APPALACHIANS LATE TONIGHT. WIDESPREAD RAIN OVERNIGHT WILL CHANGE TO
SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS MONDAY MORNING. LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATION IS
POSSIBLE ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BECOME
GUSTY MONDAY MORNING AND TEMPERATURES WILL BE FALLING IN THE
AFTERNOON.
