For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Tropical Storm Fernanda has crossed into the Central Pacific
Hurricane Center`s area of responsibility and the Central Pacific
Hurricane Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, will begin to issue
advisories on Tropical Storm Fernanda, centered about 940 miles east
of Hilo, Hawaii at 5 pm HST.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next
5 days.

The 11 am HST Public Advisory on Tropical Storm Fernanda is
issued under WMO header WTPZ31 KNHC and under AWIPS header
MIATCPEP1. The 11 am HST Forecast Advisory on Tropical Storm
Fernanda is issued under WMO header WTPZ21 KNHC and under AWIPS
header MIATCMEP1. The next Public Advisories on Tropical Storm
Fernanda will be issued under WMO Header WTPA31 PHFO and under AWIPS
header HFOTCPCP1. The next Forecast Advisories on Tropical Storm
Fernanda will be issued under WTPA21 PHFO and under AWIPS header
HFOTCMCP1.
