ISLAND AND HASTINGS...

.LOW PRESSURE CONTINUES TO ORGANIZE OVER NEBRASKA THIS AFTERNOON.
WHILE LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO FALL...ITS LIGHT CHARACTER AND
TEMPERATURES NEAR FREEZING WILL PROHIBIT MUCH ACCUMULATION FROM
OCCURRING. AFTER SUNSET...SNOW WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND
INTENSITY...AND ACCUMULATION WILL BEGIN AGAIN WITHIN THE ADVISORY
AREA...FOR AREAS THAT HAVE ALREADY SEEN MINOR ACCUMULATION. FOR
AREAS THAT HAVE NOT SEEN SNOW YET...SNOW WILL BEGIN TO FALL AND
ACCUMULATE. THE ENTIRE STORM WILL EXIT THE REGION TOMORROW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING...PERIODS OF LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
  AFTERNOON...BUT ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION WILL BE MINIMAL. SNOW
  WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY THIS EVENING...AND BEGIN
