BIG ISLAND WILL BRING SNOWFALL AND FREEZING FOG ACROSS THE BIG
ISLAND SUMMITS THROUGH THE WEEKEND. THE COMBINATION OF HAZARDS
WILL MAKE TRAVELING TO THE SUMMITS DANGEROUS.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW AMOUNTS UP TO 3 INCHES.

* TIMING...THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL TO THE SUMMITS...EITHER ON FOOT OR BY
  VEHICLE...WILL BE DANGEROUS OVER THE WEEKEND.

* WINDS...WEST 30 TO 50 MPH WITH LOCALIZED GUSTS OVER 60 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 20S TO LOWER 30S.

* VISIBILITIES...UNDER A HALF MILE AT TIMES IN CLOUDS...FREEZING
  FOG...AND PRECIPITATION.
