THE HEAVY RAIN AREA HAS SHIFTED OUT OF FLOYD COUNTY. CALLS TO LOCAL
LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES INDICATES THAT NO FLOODING HAS BEEN
REPORTED, AND WITH RAIN NOW ENDING, FLOODING IS NO LONGER EXPECTED
TO POSE A THREAT.

BUT RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN A
BAND FROM ROCKFORD AND MARBLE ROCK OVER TOWARD POWERSVILLE. EXPECT
CREEKS AND RIVERS IN THESE AREAS TO BE RISING SIGNIFICANTLY THIS
MORNING. THIS INCLUDE THE WINNEBAGO AND SHELL ROCK RIVERS AND
THEIR TRIBUTARIES.

IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED, PLEASE REPORT IT TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICIALS. DO NOT CROSS ANY FLOODED ROADWAYS! YOU DO NO KNOW HOW
