NEAR ZERO IN SOME PLACES. THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE IN HIGHER TERRAIN
AREAS AND ON BLUFF TOPS. IF TRAVELING...SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA
DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE CAR AHEAD OF YOU. THE FOG IS EXPECTED
TO LIFT LATER THIS MORNING.
