This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central New York.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

The chance of widespread hazardous weather is low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

A cold front will move east across the area Monday afternoon and
evening. A line of thunderstorms is expected to develop and sweep
east across the area. Some of these storms may become severe, with
the primary risk being damaging winds.

Gusty winds will develop Tuesday afternoon and evening, with wind
gusts over 40 mph possible especially northeast of Lakes Erie and
Ontario.

Spotter activation may be needed Monday afternoon and evening.

evening. A line of thunderstorms is expected to develop and sweep
