COLD. BREEZY AT TIMES. LAKE WIND ADVISORIES MAY BE REQUIRED
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. WIND CHILL VALUES LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO
THURSDAY MORNING COULD FALL TO 10 TO 15 DEGREES.
