80 SUMMIT EAST THROUGH CHEYENNE. VISIBILITIES WILL RANGE FROM
A QUARTER MILE OR LESS FROM THE SUMMIT TO VEDAUWOO...TO A MILE
EAST THROUGH CHEYENNE.

THOSE TRAVELING OVERNIGHT SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY REDUCED
VISIBILITIES OVER SHORT DISTANCES. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND
REDUCE SPEEDS WHEN ENCOUNTERING FOG.
