SPEEDS AND WAVE HEIGHTS WILL DECREASE SLIGHTLY DURING THE
DAY...WAVES AND WINDS WILL INCREASE AGAIN TONIGHT AS THE WIND
DIRECTION SHIFTS TO BE OUT OF THE NORTHEAST LATE TONIGHT. SEE THE
