NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

THERE MAY BE SOME PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE OR SLEET TONIGHT MAINLY
NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2 IN NORTHEAST MINNESOTA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL AGAIN BE POSSIBLE
SUNDAY MORNING ACROSS THE NORTHLAND MAINLY NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2 IN
NORTHEAST MINNESOTA. A COMPLEX STORM SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT
THE REGION SUNDAY INTO MONDAY NIGHT. A WINTRY MIX WILL OCCUR OVER
WESTERN AND NORTHERN AREAS SUNDAY AFTERNOON...THEN COLDER AIR WILL
MOVE IN FROM WEST TO EAST SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY CHANGING ALL
THE PRECIPITATION OVER TO SNOW. IT IS STILL TOO EARLY TO PINPOINT
SNOW AMOUNTS BUT A FEW INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR MOST
AREAS MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT...WITH MUCH HEAVIER ACCUMULATIONS
ALONG THE SNOWBELT OF ASHLAND...BAYFIELD AND IRON COUNTIES.

GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS COULD CAUSE DRIFTING AND BLOWING SNOW IN
SOME AREAS MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT.
