AT 426 AM EDT...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM 8 NM EAST OF ALGONAC TO 12 NM SOUTHWEST OF NORTH
CAPE... MOVING EAST AT 45 KNOTS.

HAZARD...WIND GUSTS TO 40 KNOTS.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED.

IMPACT...SMALL CRAFT COULD BE DAMAGED IN BRIEFLY HIGHER WINDS AND
         SUDDENLY HIGHER WAVES.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
  SANDUSKY BAY AROUND 515 AM EDT.
