AT 615 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 10 NM SOUTH
OF HARBOR BEACH TO 19 NM WEST OF PORT SANILAC TO 29 NM SOUTHEAST OF
QUANICASSEE...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
