THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 25 KNOTS AND
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...FROM 7 NM NORTH OF CEDAR RIVER TO 7 NM EAST
OF SHAWANO...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR...
CEDAR RIVER AROUND 545 PM CDT.
CHAMBERS ISLAND AROUND 625 PM CDT.
