...THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS OF GREEN BAY...

THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...

CENTRAL BAY OF GREEN BAY...

AT 1042 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 33 NM NORTH OF CHAMBERS ISLAND TO 9 NM
EAST OF SHAWANO...MOVING EAST AT 30 KNOTS.

THESE STORMS ARE WEAKENING AS THE APPROACH THE BAY.  BUT THEY STILL
CONTAIN ALOT OF LIGHTNING.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
EAGLE BLUFF LIGHT...SHERWOOD POINT LIGHT...CHAMBERS ISLAND...PESHTIGO
REEF LIGHT...MARINETTE...EGG HARBOR...STURGEON BAY AND SISTER BAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
