...STRONG NORTH WINDS SUBSIDE THIS EVENING...

.THE GRADIENT BETWEEN STRONG LOW PRESSURE OVER NEW ENGLAND AND
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE PLAINS AND UPPER MIDWEST WILL WEAKEN THIS
EVENING AS THE LOW MOVES NORTH AND EAST INTO QUEBEC. GUSTS UP TO
30 KNOTS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE SOUTHERN HALF OF LAKE HURON
THROUGH THIS EVENING...IN ADDITION TO LARGE WAVES. A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE NEARSHORE WATERS OF LAKE
HURON....INCLUDING ALL OF SAGINAW BAY. FURTHER SOUTH OVER LAKE ST
CLAIR AND LAKE ERIE...GUSTS WILL REMAIN BELOW 25 KNOTS. WINDS AND
WAVES WILL REMAIN BELOW SMALL CRAFT LEVELS THROUGH MID WEEK AS
WEAK TROUGHING REMAINS IN PLACE ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES.
