CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED UNTIL
  MID-MORNING. A FEW GUSTS AROUND 30 KNOTS ARE POSSIBLE...MAINLY
  PRE-DAWN.

* WAVES...1 TO 3 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
