MORNING...

.GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL DEVELOP AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM ON WEDNESDAY. THE PERSISTENT AND STRONG SOUTH
WINDS WILL GENERATE LARGE WAVES, ESPECIALLY ON LAKE MICHIGAN.
WINDS AND WAVES WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH THURSDAY MORNING.

  VEER SOUTHWEST AND DECREASE TO 10 TO 20 KTS EARLY THURSDAY
  MORNING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
