.GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING
AHEAD OF LOW PRESSURE AND AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT. GUSTY NORTH
WINDS ARE EXPECTED BEHIND THE COLD FRONT OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING. THE GUSTY WINDS ARE LARGE WAVES WILL RESULT IN
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 KTS THROUGH LATE THIS EVENING...THEN
  VEERING NORTH IN THE LATE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. GUSTS TO AROUND
  25 KTS.

* WAVES...3 TO 5 FT BY THROUGH EARLY EVENING...SUBSIDING TO 1 TO 3
  FT AFTER MIDNIGHT ON LAKE MICHIGAN. THE HIGHEST WAVES ARE
  EXPECTED TO BE OFF OF NORTHERN DOOR COUNTY LATE THIS AFTERNOON
  AND EARLY EVENING. WAVES OF 1 TO 3 FT ARE EXPECTED ON THE BAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
