.GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL TURN NORTHWEST THIS EVENING AND
REMAIN GUSTY FRIDAY INTO FRIDAY AFTERNOON. WAVES WILL DIMINISH
SOMEWHAT ON LAKE MICHIGAN AS WINDS TURN MORE OFFSHORE.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH A FEW GUSTS TO 30
  KNOTS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON ON FRIDAY.

* WAVES...AS WINDS TURN TO THE NORTHWEST THIS EVENING, 2 TO 4 FOOT WAVES
  WILL SETTLE INTO THE 1 TO 3 FOOT RANGE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
