BRINGING WINDS GUSTS TO AROUND 35 KNOTS LATE THIS EVENING. LIGHT
SNOW MAY BE MIXED WITH SLEET AND DRIZZLE OVERNIGHT. WINDS SHOULD
THEN DIMINISH FOR A TIME ON WEDNESDAY...BUT SHOULD PICK UP AGAIN
IN THE AFTERNOON.

  BEFORE WINDS PICK UP AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON.

* WAVES...WAVES BUILDING TO 5 TO 8 FEET TONIGHT...DIMINISHING TO 2
  TO 4 FEET BY WEDNESDAY EVENING.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS AROUND 35 KNOTS OR GREATER ARE
EXPECTED. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
