AFTERNOON TO 6 PM CST TUESDAY...

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS UP TO 30
  KNOTS...BECOMING NORTHWEST ON TUESDAY. A FEW GUSTS TO 35 KNOTS
  POSSIBLE...MAINLY NEAR DEATH`S DOOR TONIGHT AND TUESDAY.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 ON THE BAY AND 4 TO 7 ON THE LAKE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
