.A COLD CANADIAN AIR MASS WILL CONTINUE TO SURGE INTO THE AREA
TONIGHT. AS THE COLD AIR FLOWS ACROSS THE RELATIVELY WARM WATERS
OF THE LAKE AND BAY...STRONG WINDS ALOFT WILL BE BROUGHT DOWN
TOWARD THE SURFACE. CONDITIONS SHOULD START TO SUBSIDE FOR
TOMORROW MORNING.

* WAVES...WAVES OF 2 TO 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
