  TO 15 KNOTS SATURDAY AFTERNOON. WINDS THEN VEER NORTHEAST AND
  DIMINISH TO 10 KNOTS SATURDAY EVENING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 6 TO 10 FEET BY DAYBREAK SATURDAY.

4 FEET ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
